BBC iPlayer - 5,026,423 unique visitors (13.7% reach)
ITV.com - 4,872,570 unique visitors (13.3% reach)
The BBC iPlayer is blocked for users outside the UK.

As far as I’m aware they have announced that the app will work fine in the US and I believe other countries as well.
